TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover use of this website to book appointments with 1776 Barber Company LLC, doing business as 1776 Barber Co. The shop is at 8443 Haven Ave, Suite 105, Studio 24, Leso Studios, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Phone: (909) 401-4693. Email: 1776barberco@gmail.com.

You can book a chair on this site by choosing a barber, service, and time, then confirming your details. A booking is not complete until you submit the confirm page and we accept the appointment.

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and (if you use them) email and card details.

When you confirm a booking, you agree that a 95% cancellation fee applies if you no-show for your appointment. That policy is stated on the booking confirm page:

I understand that a 95% cancellation fee applies if I no-show for my appointment.

Last-minute cancellations may be treated the same way at the shop's discretion. The fee is calculated from the service price. A card on file may be charged for that fee.

Appointment SMS is optional and transactional only. If you check the SMS box on /book/confirm, you agree to receive texts about that appointment: confirmation requests, reminders, and manage/reschedule links. That checkbox is not consent for marketing or promotional SMS.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Its label is: “Text me appointment notifications (confirmation + reminders). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.”

Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies with your bookings. You can complete a reservation without opting in to texts.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START after a STOP to resume texts only if you already opted in on the booking form. START does not invent new consent.

We do not guarantee that every text will be delivered. Carrier delays, a full inbox, or an opt-out can block a message. You are still responsible for keeping your appointment.

Offers and shop news are optional. Marketing texts require a separate checkbox on the booking form, or the same express consent recorded at the shop. They are not a condition of booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts from this number, including appointment texts, because they share a sender. Reply START does not create marketing consent.

Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Using it stops marketing email only.
