This Privacy Policy is for 1776 Barber Company LLC, doing business as 1776 Barber Co. We are a barbershop at 8443 Haven Ave, Suite 105, Studio 24, Leso Studios, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

It covers this website and the booking, payment, and appointment-notification tools we operate for the shop.

When you book or contact us, we may collect:

• Name
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Appointment details (barber, service, date, and time)
• SMS consent records for appointment texts and, separately, marketing texts
• Marketing email unsubscribe records
• Payment details processed by our card processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

We use this information to schedule and manage appointments, take payment, and contact you about your booking. If you opt in to appointment texts, we use your phone number for those messages. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, or you have not unsubscribed from marketing email, we may send occasional shop news and offers.

Appointment SMS is for transactional notifications: booking confirmation requests, appointment reminders (advance and day-of), and links to view, confirm, reschedule, or cancel. Checking the appointment-text box does not opt you in to marketing texts.

We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent.

Marketing texts are optional and separate. An unchecked-by-default checkbox on the booking form reads:

Text me occasional offers and shop news from 1776 Barber Co. This is separate from appointment reminders and is not required to book. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

We send marketing SMS only when that consent is on file (or a barber records the same express consent you gave in the shop). Reply STOP to any text from this number to stop appointment texts and marketing texts. Reply START after a STOP resumes appointment texts only if you had already opted in on the booking form. START does not opt you in to marketing texts.

Marketing email goes to the address on your client record unless you unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our shop address. Unsubscribing from email does not cancel appointment reminders.

Consent is collected on the online booking form at /book/confirm. An unchecked-by-default checkbox reads:

Text me appointment notifications (confirmation + reminders). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

Checking the appointment box and submitting the form is express written consent for appointment texts. If you leave that box unchecked, we will not send appointment texts. Marketing texts use the separate checkbox above. Reply START after a STOP does not create form consent. It only resumes appointment texts if you already opted in on the booking form.

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe from texts on this number, including appointment reminders and marketing texts. You can also opt out by calling (909) 401-4693 or emailing 1776barberco@gmail.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Appointment-message frequency varies with your bookings. Marketing frequency is occasional. SMS is optional; you can book without checking either text box. Marketing email can be stopped from the unsubscribe link in the message.

We share information with vendors who help us run the shop — for example, payment processing and SMS delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
